Ryosuke Horii (owner) was born in Fukuoka, Japan; the home of pork ramen. He had a dream of bringing his 'soul food' with him when he came to Australia.
Traditional style Japanese noodles served in a hearty broth made from boiling bones, usually pork or chicken, for long periods of time. Neatly presented with mixed authentic toppings.
We opened our first shop in 2003 in Crows Nest, and 15 years later, we
have queues flooding out the door as well as a shop in Bondi Junction and Adelaide!
